Broadcastvision Entertainment releases versatile APEX receiver and software to maximize club owner return on investment.

Broadcastvision Entertainment unveils at the IHRSA (International Health and Racquet Sports Association) trade show the APEX receiver that operates at FM, and all 900MHz and 800MHz frequencies schemes within the market. The new Broadcast Vision wireless receiver is easy to program and operates seamlessly with any combination of manufacturers’ transmitters including Broadcastvision, CardioTheater, Mye and Fantaay.

“This receiver was designed with convenience in mind for the member, the club owner and our resellers,” says Mark Blake, COO of Broadcastvision. “We recognized that many clubs planning to upgrade their wireless systems had a variety of transmitter types resulting in potential compatibility issues. The versatile APEX 3 in 1 receiver eliminates any concern as to transmitter type since it operates at FM, the 800 band, and all schemes of 900MHz.”

The new APEX receiver allows installers to easily program up to 52 channels corresponding to any variety of manufacturers’ transmitters and local FM radio. The channels can be entered manually from the receiver interface, or for maximum install speed, can be downloaded from a laptop using a GUI (Graphical User Interface) application from Broadcastvision called ‘APEX Preset’ software. “Even though a club owner may have several different brands of transmitters in their club, the new APEX receiver will allow them to utilize their existing transmitters saving both time and money. Plus, the APEX-Preset software will make the installation quick and hassle free.” says Blake.

Broadcastvision offers the new receiver in a ‘10 key’ overlay and a simplified larger button option called the ‘Retro’. Both designs have two-year warranties that provide reliable, easy-to-use entertainment with their durable membranes, long lasting and easy-to-change headphone jacks, and a high contrast, bright red, LED display that is easy to read.
